Thank you for your purchase from Prism Sound Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products sold through https://prismsoundcollective.com.

1) Digital Products Are Generally Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, all sales are final once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, unless otherwise required by law.

This includes:

  • downloadable audio files
  • bundles and packs
  • digital collections
  • any instant-access digital content

2) When We May Offer a Refund (Case-by-Case)

We may consider refunds in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate purchase (you accidentally purchased the same product twice)
  • Technical issue preventing delivery (and we are unable to resolve it)
  • File defect (the file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement)

3) What We Cannot Refund

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • not using the download after purchase
  • incompatibility due to unsupported devices/software on your end
